EXAROW is an advanced drug that inhibits the enzymes responsible for aromatization. It significantly differs from other aromatase inhibitors. EXAROW is superior. Conventional aromatase inhibitors provide only temporary effects, while EXAROW offers an irreversible and lasting impact. Consequently, this drug can suppress 85% or more of the estrogens in an athlete's body.
During a steroid cycle, EXAROW mitigates side effects associated with steroids—specifically, aromatization. It's essential to note that the effects of EXAROW are fundamentally distinct from the typical actions of Nolvadex for many athletes. It is well recognized that Tamoxifen does not influence the aromatization process; instead, it interacts with cellular estrogen receptors, blocking estrogen from binding and forming connections.
EXAROW also addresses the aromatization process and inhibits it. The structure of EXAROW closely resembles that of the natural steroid androstenedione. Its mode of operation involves irreversible binding to active hormone enzymes, rendering the hormones inactive. EXAROW does not exhibit estrogenic or progestogenic activity but does have mild androgenic effects.
Postmenopausal breast cancer (either natural or induced) can progress despite antiestrogen therapy, non-steroidal aromatase inhibitors, or progestins.
The recommended dosage for men is 12.5-25 mg/day, while for women, it is 12.5 mg/day.
Side effects of EXAROW may occur frequently and vary in intensity. For instance, an athlete might experience undesirable effects such as nausea, fatigue, sweating, dizziness, headaches, skin rashes, insomnia, and more.
